As a Group Leader, you can use the Fan Club Fundraising app to track your sales, grow your fanbase, accept credit card payments, and more! You can sell your own products using the app or you can sell one of Fan Club’s multiple fundraising products already integrated into the app. Here is an overview of Fan Club’s products that are available for you to sell:

 

1) Direct Donations: The “Fan Club Fundraising Donation” product allows you to set up a personalized online donation event for your group. When you go through the Create a Fan Club process, you are prompted to create your first event which is an “Evergreen” (or year-round) online donation event. This means that as soon as your Fan Club is made public, your fans and supporters can start donating online by credit card! You also choose an official kick-off date which is Day 1 of a series of marketing emails that will be sent out to all of your fans inviting them to donate online. You can also create events for specific online donation campaigns and spread the word to your fans. Just login to https://admin.fanclub.org and click on the “Events” link.


2) Text-to-Give: Fan Club Fundraising also affords groups the option to accept donations by text! If you choose this option, the mGive Foundation will assign your group a text-to-give number and code, and you will pick the text-to-give amount (either $10 or $25). This is a great tool to use at games or other group events because you can let all of your fans know that they can quickly give by sending a quick text.
